What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, your order is generally delivered within 7 to 14 business days. In the event of high demand or exceptional circumstances, this timeframe may extend up to 4 weeks. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The price displayed at checkout is the final price, shipping included. No additional fees will be added at the time of payment.
My order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe — what should I do?
Contact us at support@pedisola.com with the subject line: "Delivery Delay – [your order number]". Please include in your message: your order number, the email address used when placing the order, your full name, the contents of your order, and the order date. Our team will get back to you within 24 business hours and offer a solution: a free reshipment or a gift voucher worth more than your original order.
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Yes, you can change your delivery address at any time before your order is shipped. A 24-hour window is provided after your order is placed for this purpose. Beyond that, if the parcel has already been dispatched, we will unfortunately no longer be able to make any changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@pedisola.com if you need to update your address.
🔄 Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order (on a weekday), we will refund you directly. After this period, if your order is already being processed, we will only be able to issue a refund once the product has been delivered, received back, and returned. For any cancellation request, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pedisola.com.
What are the conditions for making a return?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return a product. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Certain products cannot be returned: items for intimate or sanitary use, as well as gift cards. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective or damaged item. For items worth more than €30, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service.
How does the refund process work?
Once your returned parcel has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If your request is approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method. The bank processing time is beyond our control. If you do not see the refund, first check your bank account, then contact your card issuer. If the issue persists after these two steps, write to us at support@pedisola.com.
What happens if I receive a defective or damaged item?
If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately at support@pedisola.com. We will arrange an exchange for the same item or issue a refund in accordance with our policy. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us. If the parcel was visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery and contacting us straight away

What should I do if an item in my order is out of stock?
We do our best to keep our inventory up to date, but occasionally an item may be out of stock at the time of your purchase. In that case, we will contact you to offer two options: waiting for the item to be restocked, or receiving a store credit worth more than the amount of your original order.
Are my purchases insured during shipping?
Yes, your parcels are insured against damage and loss up to the value declared by the carrier. In the event of loss confirmed by postal services, we will do everything we can to make it right: reshipping your order or offering a gift voucher worth more than your original order amount. In the event of damage, we will proceed with a refund or replacement in accordance with our return policy.
